The Tests at Exor
The tests focus primarily on your numerical skills, as well as communication skills and you may encounter the following tests:
A numerical reasoning test includes a wide range of aptitude tests, varying from basic arithmetic tests and advanced numerical reasoning tests.
A verbal reasoning test aims to introduce you to a higher level of reading comprehension tests. These tests contain passages followed by multiple-choice questions. You'll be asked to mark a single correct answer out of the available answer choices.
An English test aims to evaluate your basic English language skills, reading skills, and speed reading skills.
The Interview Process at Exor
The interviews will be conducted with multiple people usually with HR, heads of departments and your direct superior. Before you get invited for those interviews, however, you may also be required to participate in a phone interview. Here are some of the interview types that you may get:
Phone interviews are interviews conducted via telephone. This type of interview usually lasts between 10–30 minutes, during which are asked a series of questions. Typically, if the phone interview goes well, then interviewers or employers will ask you to take a pre-hire assessment, come in for a formal interview, or attend an assessment day
Case interviews begin by interviewers posing a question, challenge, or situation that candidates are expected to solve. In this scenario, candidates are given background information and are then expected to ask interviewers questions that will help them either understand the issue or solve the problem. Here are some questions that may come up during these interviews:
How do you handle stress and pressure?
What has been the greatest disappointment in your life?
What are you passionate about?
What do people most often criticize about you?
When was the last time you were angry? What happened?
What are some strengths of yourself?
