JobTestPrep's mission is to lead job applicants to the successful conclusion of their pre-employment process. Therefore, we possess a rich arsenal of generic tests, each of which targets different cognitive abilities and professional skills. Even if you see your test for the first time on your pre-employment assessment, you will know how to answer its questions. Our carefully selected resources will improve your numerical and verbal skills, your visual accuracy, and reasoning so well that you will pass your pre-employment assessment at the company with an unqualified success.

UBS Talent Q Numerical Online Tests

Talent Q numerical assessments test your ability at understanding numerical data including tables and figures as well as making deductions and analyses from the data. You may be presented with a table, some accompanying information and a question based on some or all of this information; you will have to choose the most appropriate answer from a list of answers. The test consists of 12 questions and there is no overall time limit for the test but rather a time limit for each question: 90 seconds for the first question on each table (or set of tables) and 75 seconds for subsequent questions. The average completion time is 12 minutes

UBS Talent Q Logical Online Tests

Talent Q's Elements Logical is a test designed to measure your analytical and logical skills in understanding and manipulating abstract information. It is significantly different from the tests you will expect to see in any interview process. This test is a non-verbal test. It assesses your analytical and logical skills using symbols rather than words or numbers. You are given an incomplete matrix filled with shapes and asked to identify the pattern linking them together in order to choose the missing shape. The shapes are held together by a logic from both left to right and top to bottom.  You are assigned 75 seconds for each question, rather than a time limit for the entire test. When your time has elapsed, the system will move you on to the next question whether you have answered or not. The questions in this test are adaptive, meaning that the system will allocate the next question based on whether you answered the previous question correctly or incorrectly. Questions will get harder the more questions you answer correctly, and your final score report will reflect how many questions you got right at each difficulty level. There is no pass or fail. There is also no high score or low score. Your results will be compared to everyone applying for the position. You will only be measured how well you did relative to your competition.

 UBS Situational Judgement Online Tests

The Situational Judgement Test depicts realistic situations and conflicts that are likely to arise in the workplace, and provides response options to these situations. Candidates are asked to choose the most and least effective responses, rate or rank-order them based on their effectiveness. SJTs asses valuable work-related competencies
