Application: The Red Energy application process can be accomplished by uploading your CV online and filling out an application form. Providing other documents may be required, and may also apply through a recruiter or employee referral as well.

Telephone Interview: You may be called by an HR recruiter to take part in a brief phone screening interview. This process is used to assess your background and personality.

Red Energy’s SHL Test Process

The OPQ32 is a questionnaire which portrays your desirable character traits to assess your overall suitability for the position.
