Regardless of if you have applied for a professional role or an ESB internship, you will need to go through many recruitment stages. The recruitment process for ESB usually entails:

  • Application Process: in order to complete the online ESB application you will need to go to the ESB careers webpage. Once you have selected a suitable position for your qualifications, you will then need to register a user account and upload your CV. There are many tips on the ESB jobs website
  • Initial Interview: If your application and CV have passed the screening process you may be contacted to participate in a phone interview.
  • Aptitude Tests: Depending on the position or programme you have applied for, you may be required to take one or more psychometric tests.
  • Assessment Centre: During an assessment centre you will meet with other applicants to participate in various group activities, case studies, and interviews. An assessment center may not be required for all positions.
  • Final Interviews: The final stage in the ESP recruitment process will be the face-to-face interview. Your face-to-face interview will either be held one-on-one, with a group or before a panel.
