Steps of the Puma Energy recruitment process:

Application: The Puma Energy application process can be done by registering for a vacant position online, with a recruiter, or through an employee referral. When applying, it is likely that you will be asked to submit your CV as well.

Telephone Interview: You may receive a call from an HR representative in which a brief phone screening interview will take place. This stage allows the hiring team to gain further insight into your compatibility for the career.

In-Person Interview: Puma Energy face-to-face interviews can occur in several stages. Interviews can be performed with a panel of employers and/or one manager. The Puma Energy assessment centre day may also take place onsite and entails a group interview with various teamwork and individual exercises.

The Puma Energy Aptitude Test Process
