The Puma Energy assessment centre day may also take place onsite and entails a group interview with various teamwork and individual exercises.

Tests: The Puma Energy aptitude pre-employment exams and other assessment tests may a required part of the hiring process. These entrance exams help employers assess your cognitive abilities and skill set.

The Puma Energy Aptitude Test Process

Most companies require their candidates to take aptitude tests when aiming to hire the most suitable applicants for the vacant position. Specific skills which are evaluated include numerical, verbal, and abstract reasoning abilities. The verbal reasoning tests assess one’s complex written material comprehension. The numerical tests measure one’s numerical knowledge and use of arithmetical data. The abstract reasoning test measures how well one makes decisions and compares different concepts.

The situational judgement (SJT) and personality assessments are both used to measure one’s behavioural predispositions and character traits which show during work-related scenarios. These tests evaluate how well one reacts to challenges and choices. Employers use the scores given to assess how suitable one is for the available jobs.
