The interviews vary, depending on the job specifications and can include the following:
A Skype interview. Skype interviews are just as they sound—interviews held over Skype. Skype interviews can be quite tricky and require practice as there are unique aspects to consider and keep in mind. These interviews can take 45 minutes or more
A panel interview. A panel job interview is where a candidate is interviewed by a group of interviewers. Sometimes, when there are many candidates applying for the job, the interviewers will interview a group of candidates simultaneously. Typically, each interviewer asks at least one question. The purpose of these, besides saving time, is to put pressure on the candidates and see how they respond.
Group interviews. Unlike the panel interviews, where interviewers may interview one candidate, group interviews are specifically targeted at multiple candidates. Each candidate is asked a question in turn and has to answer it in front of the panel and the other candidates.
The Situation, Task, Action, Result (STAR) interviews: These interviews are aimed at gathering all the relevant information about the candidate's capability for the job requirements. It consists of 4 parts: The situation: At first, you will have to describe a recent situation or a challenge that you found yourself in. The task: You will then have to explain what was required to achieve in this situation. The action: Then, you will have to provide information about what you did, why you did it and whether there were any alternatives. The results: Lastly, you will have to tell about the results. What was achieved through your actions and whether your objectives were met? Furthermore, you will be asked if you've learned anything from the experience and whether you've used the lessons learned since.
Lastly, there is a high chance that you'll go through the 3 round face-to-face interview with your recruiters, HR representatives, and the hiring manager.

The Tests at Lukoil
You may encounter the following tests, some of which may take up to 2.5 hours to complete:
A numerical reasoning test, which includes a wide range of aptitude tests, varying from basic arithmetic tests and advanced numerical reasoning tests. On numerical reasoning tests (also called numerical critical reasoning tests), you are often given a chart with information on it.
A basic level Excel assessment test which aims to evaluate your abilities to use this software for everyday office tasks - more common for entry level and administrative roles. It will probably include almost no advanced questions such as functions and macros. Most of the questions deal with basic formatting, standard tables and basic commands such as saving and printing properties. You will also be required to know how to define a cell reference, filter, and sort data and manage the page layout.
A personality test, which is comprised of a maximum of 104 questions which measure 32 specific personality characteristics. It is highly complex and is administered on a computer. The candidate is presented with a block of four statements and must choose which of the statements best describes him and which of the statements least describes him.
