You will need to demonstrate that you can work with numerical information if you want to be hired for positions requiring numerical reasoning ability. These positions most often belong to the fields of finance, informational technology, professional services, production, and sales. The test measures your numerical reasoning ability by asking them to answer 18 questions grouped in 6 sets. Each group contains 3 questions about graphs or charts, followed by a set of solutions from which you need to choose the best one. There will be no questions unrelated to graphs or charts. A time limit allotted for the test is 25 minutes, although it is possible to complete the test earlier. You may be required to retake the test when you are invited to a company’s assessment centre.
