Matrigma Assessment Test

The questions on the Matrigma Raven's Matrices test use geometric patterns to measure basic cognitive functioning. There are no words in any of the questions. Every question is composed of a series of geometric shapes, with a piece missing in the final frame. You must compare the individual shapes of each set in order to find the missing piece.

In the Matrigma test, you are presented with incomplete 3x3 matrix of figures. Your task is to identify the missing figure from a series of six possible alternatives with in 40 minutes. The symbols in the figures have no particular meaning, but all matrices always follow a logical sequence, either across rows, columns, or both. The correct alternative is the one that adheres to the logic of the matrix. The questions becoming more difficult as you progress in the test.


Numerical Reasoning Test

Numerical or number series questions often look more complex than they really are. Each question presents an incomplete series or sequence of numbers for which you must either fill in the missing digit/s or find the next digit in the series. The digits in the series make up a numerical sequence that follows a logical or numerical rule. Your task is to find the rule that links the digits in the sequence.


Logical Reasoning Test

Logical reasoning also called Verbal, Inductive, or Deductive Reasoning tests, assesses the candidates' ability to read and understand complicated texts and, most importantly, to utilize critical thinking skills to draw conclusions and recognize important facts.


Situational Judgement Test

The scenarios presented on SJTs always ask for a resolution of a given conflict which, although being hypothetical, might very much rely on, or represent, realistic situations that occur in a workplace. You will then be asked to choose a preferred method of action out of a number of possible options. You are encouraged to choose your responses spontaneously, based on intuition; however, analysing the scenarios and choosing responses that highlight your skills will allow you to better present yourself on the test.


Personality Tests

It is not uncommon to encounter some sort of pre-employment personality test, regardless of your job level or profession. There are different kinds of questions found on personality assessment tests. When given a statement with extreme statements such as "always" and "never," you should answer them with less extreme answers such as "agree" and "not strongly agree."
