The different steps in the Wood Mackenzie hiring process are:

  • Application: Verify that your CV is accurate, and apply online.
  • Phone screening: A telephone conversation with the HR manager. There might be another phone interview with the relevant professional manager.
  • Interviews: This step might be long and challenging, and include several rounds, such as face-to-face interviews. In addition, you might be asked to solve case studies.
  • Assessment centre: Group activities, such as presentation and discussion.
  • Exams: Several tests may be required.

Aptitude Tests at Wood Mackenzie

The following assessments (or some of them) could be part of the procedure:

  • Numerical reasoning: Evaluates your quantitative skills.
