In this section of the assessment, you will be asked about your background and previous work experience.
The test is designed to assess work-related personality traits through questions about your previous workplaces. Some questions are technical and straightforward, while others are intended to evaluate personality traits. Your responses provide information about the way you behave at work.

The “Describe Your Approach” test is designed to provide insight into your work style and character. The test allows you to reflect your personal habits and approaches through your responses. Once a question has been answered, you cannot return to it.
For each question, you will be presented with two opposing statements and asked to choose which one is more like you. After selecting a statement, you will also need to indicate the degree to which it describes you.
