What is the Mizuho online assessment?
The Mizuho online assessment is a gamified assessment provided by Arctic Shores, rather than a traditional numerical or verbal reasoning test. It consists of a series of interactive games designed to assess cognitive ability, behavioural traits, decision-making, learning agility, pattern recognition, and risk tolerance. These tasks are designed to measure how candidates think and respond in different situations, providing insight into their potential fit for the role. Candidates who progress through the online assessment may also be invited to complete a recorded video interview as part of the recruitment process.
Question Examples
Assess your learning ability, pattern recognition, impulsivity, and risk tolerance. Click one of four power generators to maximize and preserve power. Each click may increase or decrease your power. The game ends after a limited number of clicks.
Assess your attention, focus, and problem-solving abilities. Identify the direction of the middle arrow while ignoring the surrounding arrows. As the game progresses, symbols appear faster and become more challenging.
Assess your emotional intelligence. View images of facial expressions and identify the emotion shown from seven possible options.
