  • Final Interview:The final interview will be a panel interview with the director of corporate HR, internal audit manager and the general auditor.

  • Q: What are the primary functions of the internal audits?

  • Q: What follow up steps are needed after an audit?
  • A: Remember to mention the all-important audit report, hold a meeting with all relevant parties to discuss non-conformance and lastly take feedback and aid team leaders in completing the corrective actions.

TalentQ Pre-Hire Testing

TalentQ Pre-Hire Testing includes a wife range of exams including numerical, verbal, abstract reasoning, error checking among others. Depending on the position you are vying for you may be administered the higher or lower-level Talent Q. The higher level focuses on verbal, numerical, and logical reasoning, while the lower level leaves out the logical opting for checking test instead.
