Prepare for Tesla's Tests

Tesla specializes in electric cars and lithium-ion battery energy storage, and sells Powerwall and Powerpack batteries, solar panels and solar roof tiles. Available positions include the following positions in Tesla's Denmark offices:

  • Service Advisor
  • Service Driver

The Tesla recruitment process consists of the following steps:

  1. Application: Update and edit your CV and send it to the relevant position.
  2. Phone Interview: The Hiring Manager will call you. She/He might ask questions regarding your interest in the company and basic skills, and schedule an interview.
  3. Interview(s): Could take a while and contain several rounds with the professional managers and other relevant interviewers.
  4. Exam: An important part of this step is the Hogan Personality test. This is an assessment of your personality in the workplace, which predicts your potential performance based on your strengths, weaknesses, values, and problem- solving approaches.
  5. Assessment Centre: If you are invited to the Tesla Group Assessment Centre, you will spend a day or two engaging in various activities that may include: a presentation, participating in group’s discussions, acting out different scenarios, and role playing. Also, you will be taking tests and have several interviews.
Assessment centres offer a more precise means of evaluating prospective employees than interviews and exams.

Tesla’s Assessment Tests

The Hogan Personality test examines if your characteristics and behaviour are suitable for the company and the specific position. The test measures qualities such as stress management, problem-solving and decision-making. JobTestPrep’s PrepPacks™ provide practice tests, guides and feedback. Our training materials are similar to the actual exam.

  • Hogan Personality Test: After studying our Hogan simulation products, you will be familiar with the actual exam. Therefore, you could easily pass the hiring process at Tesla.
