Grastramp Hiring Process
As standard procedure, during your recruitment process, you can expect to have a background check along with a drug screening. The application process traditionally takes 4 weeks but has taken up to 3 months before previous job candidates heard a final answer.
First Contact: Most past applicants have either applied online or sent their CV to an unsolicited staff agency. If you apply online, you can simply add a few personal details along with uploading your CV.
Pre-Employment Telephone Screening: After your CV has reached the proper people, you can expect to receive a telephone interview. The telephone screening typically doesn’t take long. It’s simply a way for Gestamp’s HR to further assess if you would be a good candidate to fit the vacant position.
Face-to-Face Interview: While you can be called in for multiple interviews in a single day, it is possible to sit across one interviewer or a panel. Traditionally the process is straightforward and is relaxing. The Gastamp staff understand that this can be a stressful experience and want to make it as pleasant as possible.
Assessment Centre: In some cases, you may be asked to attend an assessment center. The event lasts about a day. You will be educated on the company’s history and core values via presentations, will partake in various group team-building exercises and role-playing scenarios, furthermore, you will have interviews.
