The Coveris hiring process is as follows:
Application: You may find job postings online and can choose from a multitude of available positions. You can fill the application form and upload your CV online, or apply through an employee referral or recruiter.
Telephone Interview: An HR recruiter may initially call you over the phone and hold a brief phone conversation to screen out unbecoming aspirants. During this stage, you may be assessed based on your experience and personality.
In-Person Interview: For the following employment process, you will be asked to come in for face-to-face interview sessions which may be conducted by a panel of employers or one employer. Covers interviews may include an assessment centre day, which consists of group discussions, exercises, and presentations.
Tests: Carrying out Coveris pre-employment exams may be required as part of the assessment process. Tests are organised to provide companies with precise scores, displaying your cognitive abilities and technical aptitudes.
Pearson’s exams include aptitude tests, personality assessments, intelligence tests, verbal reasoning tests, and more. One of the most renowned Pearson Assessment is the Watson-Glaser test, which is used to assess candidates’ critical thinking abilities and decision-making skills. The Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal (WGCTA) is a verbal-style test created by Pearson TalentLens and can either be administered as an online exam or as a written test during the Coveris assessment centre. The Watson Glaser test includes five parts which measure separate abilities.
The first skill tested through the Watson Glaser test is one’s ability to draw conclusions from given or theoretical facts. The second is one’s use of recognizing whether a statement is reasonable or not. The third shows how one can decide whether conclusions are reasonable given their ability to deduce the answer. The fourth is how well one understands the various statements given for a certain issue. The last ability which is evaluated shows how well one determines the true strength of the argument.
The Coveris interview process can include several approaches and methods. Technical, behavioural and competency questions help the hiring team use the answers you give to make assumptions about your potential behaviour and compatibility with their companies’ culture.
