SHL has content-specific questions for different industries and job types. Of the 10,000 Verify Tests administered daily, the majority are Numerical, Verbal and Inductive Reasoning. All tests are multiple-choice and are timed. Your rank determines the difficulty level of the Verify tests you would be required to take – the higher your job level, the more difficult your questions will be.
