How to Prepare for HORIBA's Hiring Process

The HORIBA recruitment process usually changes from one position to another. The main steps are:

  • Online Application: First, make sure that your CV is edited, accurate and well-written; then, send it to the job that interests you.
  • Interview/s: There may be a couple of stages: First, with the HR manager, and then – a meeting with the direct manager,
    or a panel interview with the relevant senior managers.
  • Assessment Centre: If you are invited to an assessment day, you will engage in different group activities. Interviews and exams can also be part of the day. The idea is to give the recruiters a better and bigger picture of the candidates. That way, the recruiters can decide if you are a good match for HORIBA, and for the relevant role.
  • Exams: You may be asked to take some tests, such as Thomas General Intelligence Assessment (GIA), during the procedure.
