Essentra’s Hiring Process

Essentra designs and creates a variety of specialty products for many different end-markets. With locations spanning the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe, Essentra is always looking for the brightest individuals to continue their success. The different steps in the Essentra hiring process will often include:

  • Online Application: To complete the application process you will need to go to the Essentra jobs webpage and make a selection. Once you have done so you will be prompted to submit your CV and a cover letter.
  • Psychometric Testing: After your application and supporting documents have been submitted you may be required to complete one or more online aptitude assessments.
  • Initial Interview: Your initial interview will often come once your application and the first set of pre-employment exams have been completed. The first interview will either be held over the phone or via video conference.
  • Assessment Centre: If your initial interview goes well and depending on the role you are pursuing within the company, you may be required to participate in an assessment centre. As assessment centre or assessment day will be attended by many different candidates for the same position. An assessment centre will often include group and role play activities,
  • Personal Interviews: Your in-person interviews are usually conducted on-site at the assessment centre. You may need to sit one or more interviews with one or more interviewers.
