WTO Hiring Process

There are several different components to the WTO hiring process, depending on the job to which you are applying and your level of expertise. First, you will fill out an online application for the specific job of interest. HR will screen all the applicants and possibly send you a short test to do at home.

You will then be invited to an in-person interview in Geneva, or to a video conference, with four to six members of the hiring team, HR, and other areas of the organisation.

You may be invited to an assessment day, which is divided to several parts, such as a written technical test, a role play assessment, and a presentation.

WTO Assessments

The technical test allows your employer to assess your abilities in the specific area in which you would like to work. The Hogan personality test will help your employer predict your potential performance based on your strengths, weaknesses, values, and problem-solving skills. There are many ways to answer personality questions, which is why JobTestPrep has put together a personality PrepPack™ for you.

Let JobTestPrep get you ready for any assessment in your application process.

WTO Interview Questions

The following are some sample WTO interview questions:

  • What are your strengths/weaknesses?
  • Why do you want to work for WTO?
  • Other job-specific technical questions.

Interviews can be awkward if you are not prepared for the questions. Let JobTestPrep help you get ready for the interview so you can feel confident about your answers.
