DST’s Revelian Assessment Tests

The most common type of psychometric assessments that you will face during the DST pre-employment process will be provided by the company Revelian. The Revelian assessment is a cognitive ability test which evaluates your verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning skills. There are multiple question types found during this exam, such as number series, word analogies, deductive reasoning, and more. This test also checks English proficiency and vocabulary and your ability to identify rules and patterns in visual data.

During the DST recruitment process, you may also need to participate in a psychological assessment consisting of a written test and several interviews with a psychologist. The questions asked during these psychological evaluations can be quite intrusive, so, be prepared to answer questions regarding your personal relationships, living situation, personal values, financial circumstances, as well as your physical and mental health history. These assessments held the DST to determine your suitability to work in a high security or top secret position.
