The Raben Group’s Hiring Process

Always on the lookout for the brightest and most talented individuals in their fields, the Raben Group hiring process consists of several stages. These stages allow the company to efficiently screen candidates prior to offering them a job. Below you will find more information regarding this process:

  • Application Process: To begin the hiring process you will first need to select an open position from the Raben Group Job Center webpage. From there you will be able to create a user account and upload your CV.
  • Initial Interview: Depending on whether your application and CV have been matched for the position or programme you have applied for at the Raben Group, you may be contacted o participate in an initial interview. This interview will either be held over the phone or via Skype.
  • Pre-Hire Assessment: Aptitude testing is another way that the Raben Group goes about screening hopeful job seekers. The tests that you are most likely to take will be provided by Cubiks.
  • Assessment Centre: During an assessment centre you will meet with many other Raben candidates who are also vying for the same position. In an assessment centre you will need to participate in a variety of group activities, additional tests, and interviews. Not every role or programme will require your participation in an assessment centre.
  • Personal Interviews: The final stage prior to receiving a job offer will be the in-person interview or interviews. You will either end up interviewing one-on-one or in group/ panel setting.
