Nexant CEB SHL–Style Online Practice Tests

CEB SHL-style online tests consist of a numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning tests as well as a personality test. These tests serve to estimate your aptitude for the role and to assess if you fit the company's environment. Each aptitude test has multiple choice questions. To solve all the questions within the allotted time you should familiarise yourself with the tasks you have to perform such as reading comprehension, basic arithmetics,  and identifying logical relationships between figures.

Nexant Interview Process

If you excel on your pre-employment test, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview in the Nexant’s headquarters. There you will meet with your prospective managers. Nexant Assessment Centre

The Nexant assessment centre takes either half a day or a full day to complete, depending on the position. Your invitation to the assessment day will inform you about the variety of tasks you will have to take as part of the day. The activities may be the following:  aptitude tests, presentations, interviews, role-plays, and case studies. Besides for the assessments, you will also have the opportunity to interact with the employees of Nexant and explore the company culture. How Are Nexant SHL Tests Scored?

CEB SHL aptitude tests have multiple-choice questions. Your answers can be marked 'correct', 'incorrect', or 'unanswered'. Your scores will first be compared to other candidates' results.
