NBN Interview Questions

This stage includes questions which are both behavioural and technical in a one-on-one or group setting. Sample interview questions may be:

  • Why do you think you are most suited for this role?
  • How would your friends describe you?
  • Describe your biggest obstacle and how you overcome it.
  • How do you manage conflict at work?

The best way to answer questions is to describe a situation that shows your capability in that area using the ‘STAR’ method to structure your response.
