Kemi, has a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Kent and an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of London, Goldsmiths.

Kemi has spent time at assessment centers, where she researched personality test development. She is BPS-qualified in Hogan-based personality assessments and has further deepened her expertise in the domain of job-related personality and integrity evaluations.
