About DXC Technology PrepPacks™

DXC Technology Talent Q-Style Assessment Tests

Talent Q tests differ from other common psychometric tests regarding concepts, test formation, and test question types. Whether your response to a question is correct or incorrect, the next question will either be of either greater or lesser difficulty until your appropriate difficulty level is found. This performance-based testing environment allows for the Talent-Q tests to be relatively short, as candidates only answer questions adjusted to their ability level. There are only 16 questions in each test, known as elements.

There are three different sections in these tests. They are numerical, verbal, and logical. They are generally done all together but can be split up depending on the requirements of the employer.

Talent Q Aspects & Abilities

The Talent Q personality test is known as Styles. Styles is a personality, competency-based questionnaire and uses 16 different character traits to measure candidates. On this test, you are given a number of statements. It is your task to rate them on a five-point scale.

Talent Q Dimensions

This questionnaire gives your employer a glimpse into your world. It details how you function in a team, your compatibility with the organisation’s culture and environment, your level of sales skills and other dimensions involved in the job you are applying for.
