Jetstar Hiring Process  

There are several different components to the Jetstar hiring process, depending on the job to which you are applying and your level of expertise. First, you will fill out an online application. Then, if you are a match to one of the open positions, you will be contacted for an initial phone screen interview. You will then be asked to complete a video interview with questions they will send you in advance.  

You will then be invited to a competency and technical in-person interview, or one on Skype, depending on your location. This will be held with an HR representative, the hiring manager, another senior manager, or all three. You also may need to pass a psychometric test like cut-e, an aptitude test like Saville, and possibly a personality test, in order to move on to the next step.  

Jetstar Assessments  

The cut-e assessment test allows your employer to assess your aptitude, personality, and situational judgement abilities. The Saville test assesses your numerical and verbal aptitudes through analysis and comprehension.  

A personality test will help your employer predict your potential performance based on your strengths, weaknesses, values, and problem-solving skills. There are many ways to answer personality questions, which is why JobTestPrep has put together a personality PrepPack™ for you.
