Bookster’s Psychometric Tests

Aptitude testing is important for most companies around the world today as it helps to further screen applicants in the hiring process. The test or tests that you will most likely need to take during the Bookster recruitment process will evaluate your inductive reasoning skills.

The purpose of an inductive reasoning test is to measure your abilities to process and use the information that is provided. Abstract and inductive reasoning tests are usually diagrammatic/ non-verbal in nature. Our abstract/ inductive reasoning PrepPacks™ were designed to familirise you with the different types of questions you will encounter with the use of practice tests and study guides.
