Prepare for REWE Group's Recruitment Process

REWE Group is a large retail, trade and tourism corporation.

The different steps in the REWE Group hiring process are:

  • Online application: Update your CV, and send it to the relevant position.
  • Phone Interview: You may receive a phone call from the Gatehouse Media Hiring Manager. To prepare for this step,
    we recommend you to read up the company and the interviewer, and make a list of questions and answers.
  • Interview: A face-to-face onsight meeting. It is recommended to get ready to this step beforehand, and prepare answers to questions that you might be asked.
  • Exams: The hiring process includes cut-e exams that evaluate skills relevant to this position. For more information about cut-e, click here.
  • Assessment Centre: If you are invited for a day or two to the REWE Group Assessment Centre, you will take tests andhave several interviews. Also, you will be engaged in various activities, that may include: a presentation, participating in group’s discussions and in-tray exercises, acting out different scenarios, and role playing.
