Ramboll CEB SHL Inductive Reasoning Logical-Style Online Tests

This is the most common type of logical reasoning test SHL offers, often delivered to candidates applying for graduate, managerial, and executive roles. On this test, you are presented with a series of five objects. Your task is to select the object that would come next in the series from the five available options (just like in the first example above). The test consists of 24 questions to be solved in 25 minutes. It is administered online at the beginning of the recruitment process, along with other CEB SHL-style Verify tests. If you pass the test, you are often invited to an assessment centre, where you are required to sit an additional, shorter verification test. This test is supervised and is designed to substantiate the integrity of your former results. It is, thus, important that you prepare for both tests.


Ramboll CEB SHL Verbal Reasoning-Style Online Assessments

The CEB SHL-style verbal reasoning test measures the candidate ability to fully comprehend written passages. The passages are harder than most reading comprehension passages, and many time the questions cannot be answered without deduction, inference, and logical understanding. There are 10 passages and 30 arguments in the test, each of them the candidate needs to determine if they are True, False, or that he Cannot Say. For the 30 questions the candidate has 19 minutes. Practicing this test will improve the candidate reading abilities and his deduction skills.


Ramboll CEB SHL Numerical Reasoning-Style Online Tests

Numerical Reasoning Test evaluates how well applicants draw conclusions and inferences from numerical and statistical data. You will need to demonstrate that you can work with numerical information, if you want to be hired for positions requiring numerical reasoning ability. These positions most often belong to the fields of finance, informational technology, professional services, production, and sales. The test measures job candidates’ numerical reasoning ability by asking them to answer 18 questions grouped in 6 sets. Each group contains 3 questions about certain graphs or charts, answers to which you will need to choose from several options given below the questions. There will be no questions unrelated to graphs or charts. A time limit allowed for the test is 25 minutes, though it is possible to complete the test earlier. You may be required to retake the test, when you are invited to a company’s assessment center.
