Mika Torenberg

Mika Torenberg holds a B.A. in Psychology and Cognitive Science and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Psychology. Since joining JobTestPrep as a Psychometric Test Developer in January 2024, Mika has worked on creating and refining a wide range of cognitive assessments. This includes verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning tests, as well as gamified assessments that add a modern, engaging element to the traditional testing experience.

Through her work, Mika has gained a comprehensive understanding of the connection between test design and candidate performance. She is particularly focused on how psychometric tests measure specific psychological constructs and how these assessments can be optimized to better reflect real-world abilities.

At JobTestPrep, Mika strives to create effective, accurate, and user-friendly test preparation resources. Her goal is to help candidates feel confident and ready, not only by providing practice questions but by offering in-depth insights into test strategies and psychological principles.
