Engro Fertilizers is a dynamic company and offers room to grow with various permanent positions as well as exciting internship opportunities for students who are willing to prove themselves in a business environment. Internship recruitment is similar to that of the application process for candidates interested in a full-time career.
The different steps in the Engro recruitment process are:
The Professional Learning Indicator (PLI), also known as the Predictive Index (PI LI) test, may be administered as an Engro test to assess job applicants’ ability to analyze information and solve problems. Evaluating candidates’ cognitive abilities is the main goal of the PLI pre-employment exams. It includes three categories evaluating test-takers numerical, verbal, and abstract reasoning capabilities. Unlike the psychometric exams, intelligence and technical testing may be performed as an online assessment exam to measure candidates’ specific skills and knowledge. A Technical Test Battery may be used to evaluate candidates' ability for technically geared job positions including technicians and mechanics. Technical and general Engro aptitude tests are thought of as reliable approaches for estimating job applicants’ skill set and innate numerical, verbal reasoning, and situational judgment capabilities.
