Vodafone Managerial Recruitment Process

Vodafone's managerial hiring process has several stages. After submitting your CV, you will be invited to complete a number of online aptitude tests, including numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and logical reasoning tests. You will also be asked to complete the Saville Wave personality test. Upon successfully completing the tests, you will be invited to participate in a telephone interview. If you pass this stage, you will be asked to participate in an assessment centre at Vodafone. If you perform successfully at the assessment centre as well as at an in-person interview, you can expect to get an offer.  

Application Process

The company’s pre-employment assessment starts with an online application. You are welcome to upload your résumé and a cover letter to the company’s website. After your documents have been screened, you will be invited for a phone interview with a Human Resources manager, who will ask you questions about your education, working history, and career goals. Vodafone's Assessment Tests

Q: Do you have any tips on how to conduct myself in a group exercise?

A: Many applicants have a genuine difficulty showing an adequate level of involvement in the group exercise in the assessment centre and demonstrating their skills in an optimal manner. Some tend to be overly dominant and loud fearing that otherwise they may not be heard and valued. Others are introvert and quiet, fearing that their contribution may not be significant enough in comparison to others'. Q: Any tips for the assessment day?

A: There are a lot of different exercises that you will face during the day. It is therefore really important that you get a good nights sleep if possible. Remember, a relaxed mind is the best mind. b. Try to be friendly even if you are nervous. It is often the interaction between candidates and workers that convince the assessors that you are the right choice for the job.
