What Does JobTestPrep Offer?

JobTestPrep has conducted an exhaustive research on F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG and its recruitment process. We have composed several tests very closely approximating Roche’s original tests and can now offer you reliable preparation for your upcoming examination. Our PrepPack™ contains faithful simulations of the Deductive and Inductive Tests and the Situational Judgement Tests that will allow you to improve your reasoning and self-presentation on the tests and during your interviews. Our tests are so constructed that you can identify not only what professional and personal traits employers seek in their employees but also what characteristics you need to strengthen in yourself to suit their requirements. Instead of enhancing your general self-representation, you can zero in on specific traits and learn how to emphasise them more strongly on your tests or in your exchange with recruiters.

Our materials also contain preparation for telephone and in-person interviews. We have collected in our interview kit the most frequently asked interview questions supplied with winning answers to them. There are also valuable suggestions to applicants concerning their behaviour during the interview. If you take heed of our tips, you will feel composed and self-assured in your conversation with recruiters and will let no question, of whatever difficulty, to throw you off and weaken the positive impression you are making. Study with our high-quality materials and capture the attention of managers at Roche.

What is the Situational Judgement Test?

The SJT is a variant of a psychological test. Seeking to determine applicants’ behavioural tendencies and measure how they will behave in certain work situations, the test presents them with realistic, if hypothetical, scenarios. Applicants are expected to analyse the given scenarios and, after having done so, to identify the most appropriate responses to them by choosing one answer among several options. Or job candidates may be asked to rank these responses in the order of their biggest or smallest effectiveness. Note that most of the SJT are tailored to the specific position for which you applied. Therefore, there are several varieties of this test, though its format remains essentially the same.

Although you are expected to give honest, spontaneous answers to questions posed on the test, this does not mean that you do not need to prepare for it. If you practise before you take your test at Roche, your answers will be more precise and will reflect your actual personality more accurately. By going through JobTestPrep’s SJT-style materials, you will also learn how to highlight your best qualities more emphatically. Another problem that you will solve by preparing to your pre-employment assessment in advance is a time-pressure. It is true that there is no time limit on the Situational Judgement Test. Yet because the test is long, there is a danger that you may not manage your time correctly. When you practise at home, however, if will be easier for you to allocate your time wisely. Take an opportunity to prepare for your pre-employment assessment with our well-designed resources and impress your recruiters with your personality profile.

What Stages Does the Roche’s Recruitment Process Have?

After you have applied through Roche’s website, you will receive an email informing you about the exact day and time of your upcoming telephone interview.

  • Your telephone interview will be with a Human Resources representative who will ask you questions about your education and past working experience. This conversation may last up to 30 minutes.
  • If the Human Resources representative finds you and your professional background interesting, you will be asked to complete a test or several tests online, depending on the role you will potentially play in the company.
  • Excelling on the tests will bring you an invitation to an assessment day in the company’s Assessment Centre. Like many other companies, Roche prefers to invite its potential employers to its Assessment Centre rather than simply interviewing them in an old-fashioned way, because applicants are involved in many activities during their assessment day and thus demonstrate their personalities more fully. Expect to have several interviews at the Assessment Centre.

One of them may be with Roche’s managers. You will impress them more with your answers, if when answering, you will follow the STAR format. It is also advisable to think about challenging situations that happened to you in your previous workplace. Illustrating every answer with an example from the real life will show well your experience and decision-making skills along with your ability to choose the most effective solution to the problem. Another interview may be with a lead specialist or the VP of the company. They may ask you situational and behavioural questions and talk to you about the company’s objectives. Practise with our interview materials and Assessment Centre kits to pass all your interviews with flying colours.

JobTestPrep offers a rich arsenal of practice tests to guarantee your success on your pre-employment assessment at Roche Holding. Purchase our materials and become selected for the role for which you applied.
