Puratos’ Hudson Tests

To ensure that they will be onboarding the most suitable candidates for the vacancies within their company, Puratos utilizes assessment tests to evaluate a variety of desirable skill sets. The two most common tests applicants are likely to encounter during the Puratos hiring process are both the Hudson Ability Test and the Hudson Business Attitudes Questionnaire.

The Hudson Ability Tests are a set of three psychometric tests which go over abstract, numerical, and verbal reasoning. These tests were designed to assess an applicants’ ability to plan, their technical insight, their speed and accuracy, spatial insight, and analytical insight. These assessments will help Puratos understand your working style and strengths.

The Hudson Business Attitudes Questionnaire is essentially a personality test and measures the following traits: emotional stability, extraversion, openness, altruism, and conscientiousness. Practising prior to a personality test will give you a better idea of your qualities and areas to improve on before taking the actual test.
