Below we will go over the stages included in Accenture's experienced hires recruitment process.
The first stage any applicant to Accenture has to go through is completing an online application form. As part of it you need to fill in personal information and upload your detailed CV. You will also be asked to complete some competency-based questions, as well as other questions assessing your motivation, professional experience, skills, or knowledge of Accenture.
In your answers you should refer to the core values of Accenture. Demonstrating that you have these values and that you have used them in the past will encourage Accenture to pursue your application. Think about what these values mean to you, and see how you can incorporate them into your answers.
If you do well enough in this stage, you will be invited to a telephone interviewץ
If Accenture sees potential in your CV, you will be invited to the first interview. This interview is conducted over the phone. You will be contacted by Accenture via email to find a convenient time. Make sure you choose a date and time in which you can sit quietly and focus on the interview without being distracted by your surroundings.
The phone interview lasts for 40 minutes and is the first opportunity for Accenture to really get to know you. Expect questions about your CV and previous work experience. Prepare answers for why you want the job, what you know about the company, and why you would be a good fit for the role for which you are applying.
There are also competency questions that you should answer with examples from your previous work experience. It is a good idea to structure your answers using the STAR Method to ensure a clear and complete answer.

Following a successful first interview, you will be invited to a second interview. The second interview is comprised of two separate interviews that usually take place on the same day. The first is a case study interview with a partner or manager at Accenture. The second is an interview with a member of the Accenture HR department.
You are given 15 minutes to review a case study (which you will be presented with that day). After reviewing the case and making all of your necessary preparations, there is a 15-minute discussion about the case study between you and the assessor. This interview is more of a conversation, as the assessor is interested in seeing your thought process and problem solving skills.
Following the case study discussion there is time for a few competency questions. Again, use examples from your previous work experience.
This interview is 40 minutes in length and focuses on motivational and competency questions. Again, use the STAR method to structure your answers, and be sure to incorporate the Accenture values into them.
