Discover how you can prepare for the HDFC Life recruitment process:
Candidates may be required to complete online tests prior to the interview process or they may be expected to take aptitude exams throughout the hiring process. Psychometric testing includes aptitude tests which assess applicants’ capabilities in relation to the position they are applying for, such as their communication skills, quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and verbal comprehension. Personality assessments may be administered to assess candidates’ suitability for the job by evaluating their behaviour, strengths, weaknesses, and work-related knowledge. Additionally, the Hogan Personality Inventory measures applicants’ relatability, social skills, and leadership qualities. The Predictive Learning Index (PLI) entrance exam may be given to potential employees to evaluate their cognitive abilities and their capacity to adapt in the workplace. Skills which are analysed in the PLI test are numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and non-verbal reasoning.
Interview questions may include behavioural as well as technical inquiries. The assessment centre day may be part of the final interview stages and includes a presentation, case studies, role-playing and other various group exercises. To leave a good impression it is important for job applicants to come fully prepared to answer questions with poise and confidence.
