CooperVision Hiring Process

There are many different types of jobs on offer at CooperVision and, therefore, many different possibilities in the hiring process.
Here is a sample breakdown:

First you will apply online or through a staffing agency, and then you will be contacted for an initial phone interview by HR and will be sent a link to a Saville assessment.

After the initial screening and test, you will be invited to an assessment day in which you will go through an in-person interview with HR and other senior members of the company.

Thinking about having to take an assessment test can be stressful. That is why it is important to prepare.

CooperVision uses the Saville test to assess your abilities in numerical, verbal, diagrammatic, abstract, error checking, mechanical, spatial, numerical + verbal, or other reasoning tests.

You may also be required to sit a personality test.
