Several levels of in-person interviews. If the initial phone interview is successful, you will be invited by CED to participate in one or more face-to-face (in-person) interviews with a member of the management team, a mix of managers, HR representatives, and potential co-workers.
You may be required to go through technical interviews. A typical technical interview is 45 to 60 minutes and starts with one or two quick behavioral questions. This is done in part to get additional information about the candidate, but also to ease the candidate into the interview.
