What Is Select2Perform?
If you are a candidate of an employer that uses CEB's SHL assessment services, you have probably been asked to take an online test through a link that includes the name Select2Perform. It's important to understand that Select2Perform refers only to the technological platform through which SHL's tests are delivered; it is not the name of a specific test. Thus, if you wish to prepare for your test, we advise you to find out which type of test you need to take (i.e. numerical reasoning, logical reasoning, personality, etc.) and what its level is (graduate-level, entry-level, etc.).
How to Find Select2Perform Practice Tests?
The most natural place to go to is CEB's official practice website: SHL Direct. However, SHL's website does not provide answers to the practice tests. You can also find CEB SHL–style practice packs tailored by test type and level on our website.
