If you pass the situational judgement test, you will be invited to take a verbal reasoning test. Verbal reasoning tests help employers measure candidates’ abilities to comprehend, analyse and interpret written text. The tests will ask you questions based on a passage or a piece of information. Baker & McKenzie Telephone Interview

The next stage of the application process is the telephone interview. This interview will be a competency based interview with a member of the graduate recruitment team. The interview is designed to draw out your abilities and skills against key competencies.
