All-Inclusive Numerical PrepPack™ - for Candidates Who Are Unsure About Their Numerical Test Type

Companies in a wide range of industries administer numerical reasoning tests to incoming applicants as a means to assess how they understand, interpret and manipulate numerical data.

The following is a sample question taken from a graphs and tables section of a typical Numerical Reasoning test:

Numerical Reasoning Sample Question

Assuming a table costs £170, which is twice as the price of a chair, what were QTC's revenues in month 4?

A. 34,100

B. 35,700

C. 37,900

D. 40,200

E. 42,700

To answer such a question quickly and correctly, you must have strong attention to detail and sharp numerical reasoning skills, which can be developed by practising.

To ensure you score high on the test, it’s important that you prepare using practice questions that are similar to the ones you’ll encounter on the actual test. This will ensure that nothing will catch you off guard during the test.

Another key strategy to increase your chances of passing the test is by using our customised score reports, which will be given to you at the end of each practice session:

Numerical Reasoning Practice Test Sample Score Report

This personlised report highlights the questions you got wrong and will help you focus on subjects in which you need reinforcement. Targeting those areas will help you strengthen your maths skills and eventually increase your test score.

Talent-Q All-Inclusive PrepPack™

The All-Inclusive Talent-Q PrepPack™ will prepare you for any Talent-Q test you’re about to take, including the numerical, verbal and logical test.

Talent Q aptitude tests are very challenging by their tight time-limit and adaptive questions.

In an adaptive test, the level of difficulty increases each time a question is answered correctly and decreases when a question is answered incorrectly. This means that the more answers you get right, the more difficult the test becomes.

Talent Q tests are notorious for being extremely challenging in the higher difficulty levels - and in order to achieve the best score, you must reach the highest difficulty level. This is your only chance of outperforming other candidates.

Here's a pretty tough Numerical question type you’ll likely encounter on the actual test:

Talent-Q Test Sample Question

A strong Talent Q score is essential to get a job offer and receive a generous compensation package. To get a high score on this high-pressure test, you must study hard.

From our experience, practising questions that are similar to the ones you’ll encounter on the real test will help you reach the highest difficulty levels. So, to make it easier on you, our preparation pack includes these types of questions.

Additionally, a customised score report you’ll get at the end of each practice session will help you target your weaker areas, thus increasing your chances of passing the test. Here’s an example of how your score report may look:

Talent-Q Practice Test Sample Score Report

  • Get test simulations that mimic the look and feel of the real Talent Q Elements test so you’ll know what to expect on test day (covering the numerical, verbal and logical tests)
  • Learn from full solutions and explanations for every practice question
  • Grasp Talent Q-specific expert tips and tricks that will teach you how to handle the time pressure
  • Gain access to video tutorials and study guides that will give you an in-depth review of the material

Cubiks Tests All-Inclusive PrepPack™

Suitable for: Intermediate and Advanced Level

Cubiks Logiks is a unique type of psychometric test that assesses your cognitive ability and aptitude for a variety of employers and positions.

Cubiks is split into 3 sub-sections: Numerical, Verbal and Abstract, each measures different capabilities.

Cubiks Logik General Tests differ from many other aptitude tests in two distinct domains:

  1. There are only 2 difficulty levels - Intermediate and Advanced - no "Beginners" level.
  2. Level of sophistication - There is a strong emphasis on logical and methodical ways of thinking.

In all 3 sub-sections of the test, the questions are made to examine your ability to use formal logic, recognize patterns and pay attention to numerous small details simultaneously.

Here’s a Numerical sample question that is similar to the question types you’ll likely encounter on the Advanced level test, which is the most common assessment used by employers:

Cubiks Test Numerical Sample Question

On the advanced level test, you’ll have to answer 30 challenging questions in 20 minutes - this means having less than 1 minute per question. And on the intermediate level, you’ll have even less time – approx. 15 seconds per question!

Thus, to achieve a good score, practice will be invaluable to you. Especially when it’s not enough that you just score high - you also need to outperform your competitors since your score is compared with others who took the same test.

The good news is that you can definitely improve your skills by practising, even if your test is tomorrow.

Additionally, our customised score reports will make the preparation process easier for you by highlighting weaker areas you need to further strengthen. Targeting these areas can make all the difference between failure and success on this challenging test.

To give you a better idea, here’s what one of these score reports looks like:

Cubiks Practice Test Sample Score Report

We’ve invested great efforts in creating an accurate and useful preparation for the Cubiks Logiks test. These practice materials are very similar to the actual test’s content, so if you practise with them you can be well on your way to succeed during the real thing.

In this Cubiks Test PrepPack™, you:

  • Get full-length practice tests that simulate the actual test experience in terms of difficulty and time limits (verified by our test experts)
  • Access personalised score reposts that will help you identify weak areas that require additional practice
  • Practise using extra practice drills that will strengthen every area in which you need reinforcement
  • Gain in-depth study guides with valuable information that will give you an edge over your competitors

Saville Swift Analysis Sample Question

Last year, the total number of Good students was 185, which is 25% higher than last year's total number of Average students. What is the relative change in the sum of good and average students from last year to this year?

A. 7.5% less

B. 8.1% Less

C. 8.1% more

D. 7.5% more

E. 20%

On the actual test, you’ll have usually less than 1 minute to answer each question. Therefore, to score high on this test, you must learn how to work quickly and accurately.

The practice questions on our preparation pack are similar to the questions on the actual test. Thus, practising using them can help you become highly familiar with the test content and learn solving techniques that will save you precious time on the test.
