You will have to apply online through the career section on their website. You will have to send your CV and your cover letter. Make sure that they are updated, proof-read and have relevant keywords. Also, make sure that they are of the same style.
If they decide to contact you, they will first do it by phone. This will be a screening interview where you will cover you CV and ask each other relevant questions. You may be asked general questions regarding your availability and salary requirements.
If you make it to the short list of the candidates who pass the phone interview, you will be invited to come to the company premises and participate in several assessments. The Predictive Index Assessment at BW LPG

The Predictive Index Learning Indicator (PI Learning Indicator) is given to potential hires to test for skills not easily found on a resume or during an interview. Its purpose is to measure your capacity to learn and adapt in the workplace and your cognitive ability. The test consists of 50 questions which need to be completed within the 12-minute time limit and includes the following topics: Numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and non-verbal reasoning.
The Predictive Index (PI) Behavioural Assessment is an untimed evaluation which is used by employers to predict candidates' workplace performance, as it assesses their different behavioural tendencies. The assessment consists of two pages when each of them includes 86 adjectives. It measures four primary characteristics of personality: dominance, extroversion, patience, and formality, as well as some other personality traits.
