The Numerical Reasoning Test

This test is designed to measure how well job candidates understand and process numerical data. This data is presented on the Numerical Reasoning Test in charts, diagrams, and statistical tables. Your task will be to analyze given information and answer questions using conclusions you have made.  There will be a set of questions following every diagram or table. This is a multiple-choice test: you will be asked to select one right option from several alternatives. No calculators are usually permitted. But you can use a rough piece of paper and pencil to make your calculations on it.


Pladis’ Recruitment Process and Interview Preparation

Online Application - First and foremost, you have to apply for the position online. Your online application will contain a number of questions about your skills and qualifications.

Video Interview - The next step is a video interview. Your recruiter will ask you 6 or 7 questions about your education, working experience, and career goals. You will be given a different time limit to answer these questions.

Testing - If your video interview proves successful, you will be asked to take the SHL Numerical or Verbal Reasoning tests.

Assessment Centre - Provided you score high on them, you will be invited to spend a day in the company’s Assessment Centre. Be prepared for several interviews with Pladis’s Human Resources recruiters and managers of various departments. You may be also asked to retake your SHL test. During your assessment day, you will also participate in different group activities and assessment. Get ready also to make an individual presentation in front of other job candidates and recruiters.

Background Check – Before you are given a job offer, you will be asked to do a background check. If it comes back clean, you may start salary negotiations.
