Evolabel’s Hiring Process

Landing the job at Evolabel will first mean having to participate in their recruitment process. The steps that you are likely to encounter during the hiring process include:

  • Application Process: In order to apply for a professional role or Evolabel student career programme, you will need to send contact their HR department directly via email. Evolabel will periodically list open positions directly from their career webpage. To apply, you will need to send your CV directly to their HR department via email.
  • Aptitude Testing: Depending on the position you are interested in pursuing at Evolabel, you may need to take and pass one or more pre-employment tests.
  • Assessment Centre: During the Evolabel assessment centre, you will meet with many other applicants who are vying for the same position. At the assessment centre you will participate in a variety of group activities, psychometric testing (if applicable), and personal interviews.
  • Final Interviews: Prior to being offered the position you have applied for, you will need to go through one or more in-person interviews. Your interviews will either be held in a one-on-one setting or before a group/ panel.
