AUBMC Group Interview Questions and Answers

Predicting the type of question which will be asked is not always a simple matter. To ease your burden here a couple of question recently asked in AUBMC interviews.

  • Q: If we hire you what would you want to do in the company?
  • A: Sounds like a strange question considering they are interviewing you for job X. What they are really asking is what are your long-term aspirations and where do you see yourself in the years ahead. Answer this question by stating you wish to perfect the job at hand and then expand within the context of that role (group leader…).
  • Q: How do you get people on your side?
  • A: To best answer, this question choose a real story where you convinced someone of a better or more efficient method of working. When giving your answer use data and numbers to explain why your method won the day.
  • Q: How do you deal with change?
  • A: There are a few ways to approach this answer. First, you can say that you are not a fan of monotony or that you expect to change dynamics as an integral part of the work experience. You can also give a story of a professional situation, which demanded change. /li>
  • Q: Why are you the best hire?
  • A: Preface by saying you are sure that the competing candidates are qualified, but you would like to illustrate why you are the top candidate. Use a story to highlight your leadership qualities, technical know-how, and knowledge of the company and industry. You want them to be able to visualize you on their team.
