The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to assist you in understanding how we, JobTestPrep, use personal information collected via this website, and the choices you can make about how your personal information is used. By submitting your personal information to this website, you are confirming that you have read and understood JobTestPrep's Privacy Policy and that we may use your personal information described in it. JobTestPrep reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will apply to all information collected by JobTestPrep, including previously collected information.

Types of Information Collected on the Website

Personal details

Students who wish to register to JobTestPrep as part of a pre-paid program that is sponsored by their university are asked to supply certain personal information:

1. Email
2. Full name

If you choose to give us such personal information upon registration, this information will be retained by us and used only to provide you with the products or services you have requested, or with additional information about JobTestPrep.

JobTestPrep will not sell or rent any personal information obtained through this website to any other company or organisation.

Testing System usage

To help the university measure the efficacy of our service, we will collect and periodically provide information about your usage patterns. This information will include:

1. How many hours were spent in our systems
2. How many tests have been accessed (attempted and completed)

Cookies

Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device in order to enable our systems to recognise it. Cookies do not contain information that is, in itself, personally identifying; they merely provide certain features, such as tracking sales performance of our affiliates and partners. 

Upon registering to JobTestPrep, and in addition to your personal information, when you use our website we may collect tracking information, such as your browser type, the type of operating system you use, and the pages you visited on the site.

JobTestPrep gets this information by using technologies (e.g. Google Analytics) to increase the functionality and user-friendliness of our website and to better tailor our website to your needs. For example, we may want to know how long the average user spends on our website or which pages get the most attention. Information such as this will only be used in aggregate form and will not identify you personally. Other uses include placement of cookies to make the login process more convenient.

While your individual information is protected, JobTestPrep reserves the right to use such individual information to create aggregated, anonymous data about users in order to develop statistics about activity on and visitors to the website. If, at some point after giving JobTestPrep your personal information, you do not wish to continue receiving additional information about JobTestPrep, and/or wish to delete your account and profile you may opt out by contacting us.
