Aptitude Tests for Managers

Why get this pack

This package contains many of the materials potential managers could be tested on during their psychometric assessment. As managers require a certain set of skills, the psychometric testing which is used to find the best candidates is more specialised in order to reflect this. This pack is similar in many ways to the Graduate Pack. However, it also contains some additional elements that are unique for managerial-level, such as SHL's NMT4 advanced numerical reasoning test.
