Xento’s application process can be completed relatively quickly. If you are a suitable job candidate, Xento System’s management wants to hire you as soon as possible. Below is a breakdown of what to expect in the upcoming weeks (or days) on way to your exciting new Xento System’s career:

  • Online CV Submission: Most past applicants have applied online. Here you can click your experience level and then add in your professional, education, and basic information and upload your CV.
  • Step 1 - Testing: After you have applied for your chosen vacant position, you can expect to take a cognitive ability test. The function of it is to examine your intelligence and psychology. After this has been determined the test is able to self-determine how you will react in various situations and inform Xento’s staff.
  • Pre-Employment Telephone Screening: If Xento’s upper-management is happy with your test results, you will receive a telephone call to set-up the in-person interview.
  • Face-to-Face Interview: Depending on the position you are applying for, you will find that the interview will be filled with technical questions. You can begin to prepare by looking at our technical test page.
  • HR Interview: If you’ve made it to Xento HR’s interview, congratulations, you’ve likely joined scored your job! At this point of the game, the management know that you are professionally savvy to handle their company, however, on a personal note, will you fit in? This final interview is based on your personality and behavioural traits to see if you would do well in the whole of the Xento employee body.
  • Assessment Centre: In rare instants, you will be invited to an assessment centre. The event is a day-long filled with role-playing and team building exercises. It will be a time to build relationships with future coworkers and supervisors as well as compete with your competitors. (Note: you will be watched constantly so do not compete too hard!) Furthermore, you will hear more about the company through various presentations and prove yourself during solo and group interviews. Learn more by clicking here.

Xento System Interview Questions

Interview questions tend to be on the more technical side. Xento’s first priority is to make sure you fit professionally with the team. After that, they dig into your personal you. Here are a few examples:

  • Tell me something about yourself that isn’t on your CV.
  • There’s a duplicate on the Excel spreadsheet. What do you do?
  • Name a time when you had a conflict with a coworker. How did you resolve it?
