An overview of the Volt hiring process is given below:

  • Application: The application process can be done online or through a campus recruiter or employee referral. A form can be filled out online with a CV attached as well.
  • Telephone Interview: A brief but informative screening phone interview may be the first evaluation conducted by an HR recruiter.
  • In-Person Interview: Contingent on the level of the position a candidate applies for, the Volt interview process may entail passing several stages. A one-on-one interview, group interviews, and a panel session may all be necessary before a decision can be made. An assessment centre day may be required and includes case studies, presentations, role-playing activities, and more.
  • Tests: Aptitude tests may be given during the recruitment process as online assessments or written exams to help employers determine whether candidates are a good fit for the career being applied for.

Volt Test Stage

The psychometric tests are completed so employers can assess candidates’ aptness for the vacant jobs. Assessments may be taken online or as written onsite exams. Aptitude tests can include both technical and psychological evaluations throughout the recruitment process. Personality tests, such as the situational judgement (SJT) and personality tests illustrate probable circumstances and issues which may come up in the workplace to assess whether applicants possess desirable work-related capabilities and character traits. The verbal, numerical, and logical reasoning tests are given to measure skills regarding numerical data interpretation abilities, verbal and written understanding, and rational decision-making strengths. An English evaluation may also be used to assess overall as well as precise linguistic capabilities such as grammar, vocabulary, and spelling.
