JobTestPrep’s TUI Group Packs

Our CEB SHL-style Online Tests Preparation pack provides you with all the resources you need to prepare for your psychometric tests: an extensive amount of online CEB SHL-style practice questions that are specific for graduate level, professional personality tests accompanied by a personalised and detailed report, and a rich collection of study guides and video tutorials.

TUI Group CEB SHL-Style Online Tests

There are several different types and styles of SHL CEB numerical reasoning tests. They range from the high level graduate/management tests to operational level. Our PrepPacks™ have been created to cover a wide spectrum of questions and test types in order to give you the complete preparation for your upcoming test.

There are various levels of SHL CEB verbal tests. In the operational level of tests you are assessed most typically on your ability to: follow instructions, comprehend verbal passages, show technical understanding, complete sentences, as well as various other verbal related tasks. The skills are assessed on a deeper level in the graduate level tests. In order to understand how to answer the questions it is imperative you learn the skills needed. This can be done through using our specially prepared PrepPacks which give you not only the skills needed to answer the questions correctly but also the understanding of how to complete the entire test in the time allotted.

The test is comprised of a maximum of 104 questions which measure 32 specific personality characteristics. It is highly complex and is administered on a computer. The candidate is presented with a block of four statements and must choose which of the statements best describes him and which of the statements least describes him. For example: Choose ONE statement that is Most and one that is Least like you:

  • I really like to help others.
  • I work best in teams.
  • I like to get things exactly right.
  • I sustain high levels of energy

Interviews can be the most nerve-wracking part of the process, but preparation is key to helping you stay calm and focused. With the help of our Interview PrepPack™, you can ensure a stellar performance during your interview.

TUI Group Assessment Centre

An assessment centre may be the final stage of your application process. The assessment day takes place either at the company campus or at a hired venue. You are evaluated by a series of assessment centre exercises, including both individual and group tasks. These exercises may include an aptitude test, a role-play, a case study, a presentation and an interview. This day gives your prospective employer a rounded profile of your competencies and an insight into your performance in the workplace.

How Are TUI Group CEB SHL Tests Scored?

TUI Group CEB SHL aptitude tests are usually comprised of multiple-choice questions. The possible marks for each question are correct, incorrect, and unanswered. When you submit an TUI Group aptitude test, your answers are first measured against the correct answers. Then, your correct answers are counted, and the rate of correct answers is calculated.

How to Select the Correct Response in my TUI Group SJT?

Read each of the given scenarios and each possible response carefully before answering. Though one answer choice may seem appropriate, there may be another one which is more sensible. If the question asks you to rank the responses, compare them to each other. However, keep in mind that all the responses may be effective, or they may all be ineffective - your task is to rank the responses, not decide if they are right or wrong. For more information on the correct responses visit the situational judgement sample test.

What Is the Best Way to Present My Answers in TUI Group Interview?

The best way to present your answers in your interview is with the STAR method: situation, task, action, result. This is the most preferable way of answering questions as it presents your answers in a real life situation which really engages the interviewer.
